Details Prepares and submits records, reports, and required documents.
Maintains all aspects of the HSE program to all levels of employees and fosters such programs to improve awareness.
Enforces HSE standards and applicable legislation and regulations.
Investigate safety related incidents, analyze findings, recommend corrective actions, and follow-up to completion.
Develop and conduct safety related training for supervision and employees.
Present safety related materials, ideas, programs and processes to supervision, employees and customer representatives.
Provide health and safety support to operations through various means (audit support, conducting job site inspections and risk assessments, assisting with reporting, coordinating training and safety meetings)
Provide assistance and support to supervision and management encouraging their success as safety leaders.
Maintain relationships and interact with HWR supervision, management, customers, safety department, neighbors, and government regulators, in a professional, honest and consistent manner at all times
Work independently and self-directed with minimal supervision
